Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) are the omega-6 fatty acids.This derivative is a relatively new supplement promoting the degradation of fat, effect on the overall regeneration and muscle growth.

Only recently has brought science interpretation of the mechanism of action of CLA in weight control and support muscle growth. The lipase enzyme is known to contribute to the release of fat from the fat cells. CLA lipase is activated, so that the effect of CLA releasing more fatty acids from fat stores into the blood stream, which is transmitted to the muscle cells mitochondria where they are burned. Lipoprotein conversely supports the transport of fatty acids into body fat cells and CLA weakens its activity (inhibited), so that the fat has less tendency to store.

Always take 1-2 capsules with a meal and drink plenty of fluids. Maximum 6 capsules a day.
